1. Experience: Dr. Gardner has a rich and varied experience spanning nearly four decades. She has held positions such as Dean at various universities including AURO University, Alliance University, Parul University, and Galgotias University.
2. Research and Guidance: Dr. Gardner has guided 9 (nine) Ph.D. scholars and guided them through their research on diverse topics ranging from social security laws to transgender rights. She has published extensively, with contributions to numerous edited books, journals, and conference proceedings.
3.Initiatives and Contributions: Dr. Gardner has been instrumental in setting up several research centers, legal clinics, and initiatives aimed at promoting legal awareness and socio-legal research. She has organized numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops on topics such as law, social justice, and human rights.
4.Resource Person and Lectures: She has actively contributed as a resource person, delivering lectures, conducting workshops, and sensitizing various stakeholders including police officers, students, and community leaders on legal issues, gender equality, and social justice.
5. Participation and Collaboration: Dr. Gardner has participated in and presented papers at numerous national and international conferences, highlighting her expertise in areas such as environmental law, human rights, and gender studies. She has collaborated with various universities, organizations, and government bodies on research and academic endeavours.
